Below you’ll find all the key details you should know before booking. Our car rental in Tenerife guarantees transparent terms, simple service, and full safety.

Final price and insurance

All prices shown on our website are final rental costs. The price already includes full insurance (third-party and collision), excluding rims, tyres, and lost keys. Two additional drivers are included free of charge.

We do not require any deposit or card pre-authorisation. No funds are frozen. Please note that full insurance applies only to sober drivers.

Booking and payment

After confirming your booking, we ask for a 20% deposit of the total rental price. You can also transfer it to a Polish bank account at the current exchange rate.

The remaining balance is paid upon vehicle delivery — either in cash or by card.

Car delivery to your hotel – Car Rental in Tenerife

We deliver cars free of charge between 9:15 and 12:00 to hotels in Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas, Costa Adeje, Los Gigantes / Puerto de Santiago, and Puerto de la Cruz.

Delivery to El Médano, Golf del Sur, Costa del Silencio, Playa Paraíso, Callao Salvaje, or Playa San Juan is available only for rentals of at least three days.

Delivery to Tenerife South Airport (TFS) requires an additional fee of €20.

Returning the car

Returning your vehicle is simple and convenient. Just park it safely near your hotel and leave the keys at reception.

Child seats

We offer both child seats and boosters. A one-time fee applies — €3 for a booster and €5 for a child seat.

Driver’s age and licence

The minimum driver’s age is 23 years, and you must hold a valid driving licence for at least two years.

Car availability

Due to high demand and vehicle rotation, we cannot always guarantee a specific car model. In such cases, you’ll receive a car from the same or a higher group — at no extra cost.

Minimum rental period

Cars from groups B, D, and E require a minimum rental of three days.
