Refund Policy for Purchased Services at AttractiveTenerife.com

Aiming to provide the highest quality of services, we have developed a return policy system to ensure your satisfaction, not only in placing orders but also in making changes and cancellations. The full terms and conditions can be found on Terms & conditions page.

Refund Policy:
  • Time to withdraw from the contract – according to our company’s procedure, after paying for the services/attractions purchased on our site, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract up to 24 hours before the scheduled date of the services/attractions for orders up to €200.00, and up to 48 hours for orders over €200.00, without stating any reason, obtaining a full refund of the costs incurred.

  • Spanish law allows withdrawal from the purchase contract up to 48 hours before the date of service/attraction. Only for orders up to €200.00, it is possible to withdraw from the purchase contract no less than 24 hours before the service/attraction.

  • The possibility of withdrawing from the purchase contract less than 24 hours before the date of the service – there is a possibility to cancel the service/attraction less than 24 hours before its scheduled date for a valid reason such as illness, sunburn, or other issues that prevent the fulfillment of the ordered service/attraction. If the reason is serious, we try to refund the full value of the order. However, the cost of the refund depends on the specific attraction/service and our partner’s decision.

  • Time for the refund – according to regulations, the organizer is obliged to return the funds to the customer within 14 days from the moment of withdrawal from the contract. However, the refund occurs as quickly as possible.

  • Method of refund – refund to the card from which the payment was made.

  • Cost of the refund – the cost of withdrawing from the purchase contract less than 24 hours before the date of the service/attraction depends on the specific service/attraction and our partner’s decision. If the withdrawal time from the purchase contract is less than 24 hours before the service/attraction, and we cannot find a replacement (another customer), it is possible that the customer withdrawing from the purchase contract may have to bear partial or full costs of the previously concluded contract. For orders over €200.00, it is possible to cancel the purchase less than 48 hours before the date of the service, but the refund procedure is the same as for orders up to €200.00. The cost of the refund depends on the specific service/attraction and our partner’s decision.

  • How to withdraw from the purchase contract – within the time frame of 24 to 48 hours before the date of the service, exclusively via telephone contact. If the attraction/service is scheduled for more than 48 hours later, cancellation can occur by filling out and sending a form in the contact section, email, or phone contact. For orders valued over €200.00, withdrawal from the contract less than 72 hours before the service/attraction should occur via phone contact.
