From May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / WE, Journal of Laws of the EU, L 119/1 of May 4, 2016 (hereinafter: General Data Protection Regulation). The GDPR requires that the entity deciding how and for what purpose personal data are processed, i.e. the data controller has provided you with the information necessary to ensure the accuracy and transparency of personal data processing.

Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data

We have received personal data from you when placing an order on our website and when booking the voucher in person / by phone. We process your personal data because it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you, including:​

1. performance of services (purchase of a coupon)

2. detect and prevent fraud

3. the purpose of creating statements, analyzes and statistics for the internal needs of the administrator, including reporting, marketing research, planning service development, creating statistical models

4. handling complaints at AttractiveTenerife.com, when you submit such a complaint

5. handling requests that you send to us (e.g. via the contact form)

6. contacting you, including for purposes related to the provision of services

7. organization of competitions and promotional campaigns in which you can take part

8. contacting you for purposes related to any marketing activities through available communication channels

We require you to provide the following personal data to be able to conclude and perform the contract concluded with you, and thus provide you with the service:​

4. accommodation address during the holidays

If for some reason you do not provide this personal data, unfortunately we will not be able to arrange a visit / service for you, and we will not be able to improve communication with you related to the coupon.

Personal data protection

Personal data is stored on top-class Unixstorm.org servers. Access to the Unixstorm.org system is protected by a password set by the administrator. The physical documents are in a special file stored in the key cabinet, to which only the administrator with the key is entitled.

Retention period

We store your personal data for the duration of the contract concluded with you, and also after its termination for the purposes of:​

1. pursuing claims related to the performance of the service

2. preventing abuse and fraud

3. statistical and archiving

4. in the case of organizing competitions, promotional campaigns in which you can participate, we will process your data for the duration, settlement period and awarding of prizes.

Rights of the data subject​

You have the right, in relation to your personal data, to:​

1. requests from the Administrator to access personal data

2. requests from the Administrator to rectify / change personal data

3. requests to delete data processed unreasonably

4. requests to limit data processing

6. file a complaint to AEPD if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions on data protection

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent granted. Expressing consent is voluntary. I acknowledge that I can withdraw this consent at any time by sending an e-mail to the following address: marcin@attractivetenerife.com. The withdrawal of my consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of my consent before its withdrawal.​

The recipients of personal data will be: external entities providing and supporting the administrator’s ICT systems, providing services related to the Administrator’s ongoing operations, including for the purpose of arranging visits – under relevant agreements for entrusting the processing of personal data and ensuring the use of the above-mentioned entities of adequate technical and organizational measures ensuring data protection.

7. Each person whose data is processed, to the extent resulting from legal provisions, has the right to access their data and rectify it, delete it, limit processing and the right to object to data processing.

8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (Office for Personal Data Protection).
